Help Enterprises is equipped with a multipurpose CNC Router.

It has a 5 metre x 1.5 metre bed and has the capacity to cut and drill Aluminium and Wood. With its fully automatic controls it has full control of drilling depths and nesting shape parts together which reduces waste and increases productivity.

By using the CNC machine for the large scale processing of some aluminium parts for our Mailsafe Mailboxes we have been able to reduce the lead times and increase efficiency and quality to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products.

The CNC Machine is also able to produce signage using a variety of fonts and styles. They have been widely used across all Help Enterprises divisions for clearly marking divisions, hazardous materials/areas and even throughout the administration office for filing labels.
